Habanero Mango
Salt free* This rub has a Caribbean style to it and uses dried mango which gives a bit of tartness to the flavor profile. Ancho chilis give a subtle earthiness that balances well with the heat and fruitiness of the habanero. Primarily for use on chicken, also great on pork and fish. Hand blended from ancho, habanero, amchur (dried mango), onion, cilantro, spearmint, garlic, cumin, coriander and cloves.
