White Truffle Oil

White Truffle Oil is a true connoisseur’s oil as it’s delicate taste and flavor complements cream sauces, mashed potatoes, risotto, and creamy soups. As we mentioned with in the Black Truffle Oil description, truffles are rare, and so many artificially flavored oils are often fraudulently passed on to the unaware consumer. Getting actual oil from a truffle is difficult and so often chemical processes are used to extract the oil which can run upwards of $50 an ounce.  However our supplier uses a steeping method with pure ultra premium extra virgin olive oil in a closely guarded proprietary process that does not use chemicals or extracts, yet produces an intense white truffle oil that will delight your palate yet be a bit softer on your pocketbook.
