Black Truffle Oil

Many chefs and home cooks alike love the aroma and flavor of truffles for use in a variety of dishes.  However, you may be aware that truffles are rare, and so many artificially flavored oils are often fraudulently passed on to the unaware consumer. Also getting actual oil from a truffle is difficult and so often chemical processes are used to extract the oil.  Our supplier has found a better way. Late fall and early winter truffles are used in a steeping method with pure ultra premium extra virgin olive oil in a closely guarded proprietary process that does not use chemicals or extracts. The result creates a heady, aromatic and affordable truffle oil. Stronger in flavor and aroma than White Truffle Oil, typically black truffle oil is used by chefs in hearty dishes likes stews, marinara sauces, and over roasted meat.
