Lime Infused Olive Oil

Although named otherwise, the Persian Lime is uniquely Californian and was developed in the late 18th century in Porterville, California and was our chosen varietal for this Lime Infused Olive Oil. It has a fragrant, slightly spicy aroma with a flavor bursting of citrus. It is wonderful on its own with fish and poultry, but truly shines when combined with several of our balsamics for salad dressings and glazes. For salads where you are adding fruit or berries, pair our Blackberry Ginger Balsamic or Mango Balsamic for a sweet and slightly tart salad dressing that enhances fruit. Need to spruce up your halibut or tilapia recipes? Then pair it with Honey-Ginger Balsamic for a tasty, slightly Asian inspired seafood glaze.
