Lemon “Agrumato” Olive Oil

Our flavorful Lemon Agrumato Olive Oil is made by pressing fresh Eureka lemons with late harvest olives at the time of crush. Eureka lemons, classified as a true lemon, produce a juicy fruit with the just the right amount of citrus acidity to enhance everything from chicken dishes to grilled asparagus. It’s refreshingly light, not too sweet flavor is perfect in the pan when cooking fish, scallops, or shrimp. Our favorite pairings for salad dressings are with Raspberry, Black Cherry, Coconut, or Lemongrass Mint Balsamic. For an out of this world salmon glaze, mix this oil with Honey Ginger Balsamic and brush on before and after cooking. This same mixture put in a bit of mayonnaise also makes a wonderful artichoke leaf dip.
