Harissa Infused Olive Oil

Harissa is a North African blend of spices including garlic, caraway, coriander, and cumin, which have been infused into this red chili pepper olive oil. Not quite as spicy as our Cayenne Olive Oil, but it still has plenty of kick! We keep this oil handy with a bottle kept right on the kitchen table to drizzle over meats, pasta, and veggies. Mix it with Red Apple or Tangerine Balsamic to spice up your usual taco or steak salad dressing.  Toss roasted potatoes, cauliflower, or bell peppers with it for a fantastic side dish.
