Blenheim Apricot Aged White Balsamic

The Blenheim Apricot is more complex than it's better known varietals and can only reach its perfection in limited climate ranges, many of which are located in the northern and central valleys of California. Known for having a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity with notes of honey and honeysuckle, this Blenheim Apricot Infused Aged White Balsamic can be used anywhere you want to add a hint of sweetness. We absolutely love it paired with a pure, peppery EVOO because it still allows the "green" flavors in the olive oil to shine through for a very light handed salad dressing. Pair it with our Herbs de Provence Olive Oil as a salad dressing or light glaze for grilled chicken. Or add a couple of tablespoons to sparkling water or Greek yogurt for a lightly sweet boost.
