Jalapeno Aged White Balsamic

Not too spicy, this Jalapeno White Balsamic has the immediately recognizable flavor of jalapenos, but is sweetened a bit by the Trebbiano grapes used to make the balsamic. It is most often paired with our Chipotle or Garlic Olive Oil for a bread dipping blend with a bit of spice. Use it also in marinades, ceviche, salsa, or BBQ sauce. We even like is as a salad dressing or glaze for fish and chicken when paired with our Lemon or Lime Infused Olive Oil.
