Maple Aged Dark Balsamic

Pure, high-quality, small batch Vermont maple syrup is infused into our aged dark balsamic to create this sweet balsamic bursting with maple flavor. Outrageously delicious on its own drizzled over everything from ice cream to pork chops, we especially like it paired with our Rosemary or Garlic Olive Oil as a glaze for pork, chicken, or salmon.  Make a healthier pancake and waffle syrup by pairing it with our Butter Olive Oil. We also like to use this balsamic in marinades for meat and love adding a little to our barbeque sauce with ribs.
