Pomegranate Quince Aged White Balsamic

One of our best selling balsamic vinegars, this Pomegranate Quince Balsamic is a crowd pleaser due to it’s light, sweet flavor. One of our top three pairings in the store is the Basil Olive Oil with Pomegranate Quince Balsamic which makes a salad dressing that is great on everything from mixed greens with tomatoes to spinach salads with fruit and cheese. We bet you’re familiar with pomegranates and their tangy luscious taste, but you may not of heard of quince which is a fruit that is a close relative to the apple and pear and tastes like a cross between the two. In any case, the infusion of the both of these into our aged white balsamic is nothing short of extraordinary. Many of our customers tell us they use this alone on their salads, in vanilla yogurt, and over fruit. However, we like it best paired with Basil, Tuscan Herb, Milanese Gremolata, and Blood Orange Olive Oil.
