Peach Aged White Balsamic

Light, crisp and aromatic, this Peach Balsamic is adaptable and useful in a variety of dishes with a little imagination. Mix it with any EVOO for a very light salad dressing with a hint of sweetness. If you want a little bit of savory added to sweet, it is very popular paired with Milanese Gremolata or Tuscan Herb Olive Oil. Toss blue cheese, cut peaches and tomatoes in one of the above pairings and serve over toasted crostinis for a quick appetizer. Add a thinly sliced peach to your typical caprice salad and drizzle with this vinegar instead of traditional balsamic. Although we also love it in yogurt, sparkling water, and salads, your own creativity is the limit with this balsamic.
