Serrano Honey Vinegar

Originating in the Mexican Sierra mountains, serrano chili peppers are known for having a wonderful green pepper taste that is hotter than a jalapeno.  However, in this vinegar the honey taps down the spice, so you are left with that wonderful green flavor sweetened by the honey with just a mild spice.  Made from pure honey taken straight from the hives, this Serrano Honey Vinegar combination is fantastic added to barbeque sauces, ceviche, and even Bloody Marys.  Pair it with one of the robust and peppery EVOOs for a fantastic savory salad dressing that can also be used as a marinade.  We also like it paired with Basil, Garlic, or Chipotle Olive Oil.
