Now our highest quality of aged dark balsamic, this Traditional Denissimo Balsamic has been aged up to 25 years and boasts flavor notes of cherry wood, figs, and dried fruits, along with hints of dark chocolate.  Cooked down further and aged longer, it is a rare 1.36 density balsamic achieved without added sugar, color, or fillers. Aged in five different barrels along its journey - mulberry, ash, oak, juniper and cherry wood - this Traditional Denissimo Balsamic creates a virtual flavor explosion on the palate.
